Wait. If this was purchased 3 days ago, would one be able to find this in public records by now?

So I searched for William Cowher here, for the state of Kansas.

It found William L. Cowher (William Laird Cowher)

I don't know, it strikes me as odd. He left here for Pittsburgh in 1992. That's a long, long time to own a house that you don't ever visit.
