Be it on the sideline or by calling them "she" in press conferences. Haley seems to be Parcells.2, in that regard.

So following this article's logic... if Pioli offers the head coaching vacancy to Todd Haley and he declines, is he going to keep Herm as the head coach?

At this point Herm can't be retained. If Haley rejects the offer, Plan B can't include Herm.

They're not going to officially interview anyone until Herm is fired. No one has ever "offically" interviewed a HC candidate while the old HC still had the job. Common sense and common decency.
