As for service. I agree.
Parts are a pain in the balls. Especially if you are not a car guru. A little insight can go a long way in my book. I buy the high priced NAPA shit because I know it'll work and if it doesn't he'll help me out. As for the suggestion about calling the supervisor, do it. Really. One of my friends gave me good service at Applebees. So I logged onto their website and left a comment. I mentioned it to him in passing and he said his boss made this giant deal about it, and gave him a really big helping of asskissing. If you appreciate the work, let the super know. |

Odds are, it will. Unless we win, and I find something I like that has to do with UConn or Purdue. |

O'Reillys always does good by me. Sat by one of the owners on the plane back from Vegas a few weeks ago, great guy, good old school parts man. Plus my company does all tons of business with them.

have nothing but good things to say about O'reilleys. Parts man i go to has been there for along time and knows his shit. Being a semi-shade tree, he gives me some 'you dumb mother****er' looks at times but always does me solid on what i need.
