Also, I bet her job is to send ads over texts. Otherwise she would be on her phone the entire time shes at work and I wouldn't want someone like that working for me.......now I gotta get back to entering invoices.

When we say 7 texts per minute, that's just an average. I'm sure she has hour-long blocks of literally nothing but texting that allow her to remain productive at school and work and maintain the average. I'm sure she's still texting frequently during school and work, but not enough to become a major distraction.

300,000 is a shit ton of texts, but it's not unthinkable.

I don't see how this is even possible if she were doing nothing but texting 20 hours a day, every day, for 31 days it would still require more than 8 texts a minute (or one about every 7.5 seconds).

Bring it down to 16 hours a day and it's 10 a minute (one every six seconds). For 16 hours. Every day. For a month.

People have way too much time on their hands to text.

And post on message boards.

And post about texting.

I'm sure she texts while eating and has figured out a way to text while showering.

She probably averages two per minute during the day and then bumps up to double digits per minute in her free time.

My daughter averages about 10k each month, but incoming texts also count as part of the number. Im pretty sure that's how it works on all carriers, incoming and outgoing are all counted together.
