Well, that too.

I'm just saying; if you're going bargain-hunting, why not pick a guy who still has some years left as well as being talented and in a bad enough spot to get him on the cheap?

I agree. He could easily give you 2-3 years service time.

Where would Porter rank amongest our WR's? A #4 WR?

EXACTLY!! Translation= ENEMY

Thank God I have a functional brain.

Of course you think the Chiefs receiving core would be better off without either Porter/Harrison/Burress. Your the one who praises Brodie Croyle, and thought he was awesome.

And I also imagine Mike Goff should be departed. Last I checked, he was a Charger

Praise the lord above :D

Farzin, with all due respect,

Hmm...lets see here...

Burress...shot himself in the leg, ergo I'm just supposed to just start liking the fact that he will start the season suspended? Ya, great idea....:spock:

Porter was a freaking RAIDER, therefore as a CHIEFS FAN I say NO. You got a problem with that? I want NOTHING that Al Davis has EVER touched. NOTHING.
Oh and Harrison, hmm, I would be ok with him, if he wasn't at the end of his career, AND if we hadn't signed Engram already. Yet, your the only one with a functioning brain? Watch yourself.

And don't bring the freaking Chargers up. As much as I hate their sparkling asses, they still dont get as much hate as the RAIDERS. You of all people Farzin?
And the Chargers discarded Goff. DONT forget that.
And dont poke fun at me because I still support Brodie Croyle. You better watch out, because if by some slim chance this kid does what I think he is capable of doing, I will be RIGHT HERE ready to remind you when it's all said and done.

Dont mistake my apology for last year as an invitation to poke fun at me because I am fan of Croyle, and the Roll Tide. I read and process the same information as you Farzin, and I have been more than patient with your non homer responses. I will pounce on you like a fat kid on a cup cake if you give me just cause. Write that down while your at it.

I am a fan of football, and football players. Just because you decide to participate in the mass be heading of a player that failed last year, doesn't mean that I am going to BAAAAAAAAA like the rest of the sheep. ( ehem.........like YOU. )

There is a 0% chance that Brodie Croyle will ever amount to anything but a scout team/clipboard holding QB in the NFL.

Where will you be so we can poke fun at you for being wrong?

LMAO Better watch out Barry; Farzin interns for the Mighty PetroDouche at 810!

He might send PetroDouche to your house to bore you to death with endless discussions of Royals Baseball!!!!

But tell me; you wouldn't take a 30 year old Marcus Allen back? I'd drive LJ downtown and put his ass on the midnight train to Georgia for THAT trade.

RIGHT ****ING HERE. Just like I was last year. When he had a horrible line. And bad QB's coaching. And BAD play calling.

Brodie needs to toughen up, and if people would JUST READ MY POSTS, they would realize that even I realize, you gotta be tough to play in the NFL.

How many starts did Troy Aikman lose before he started to do well? Look that shit up, and get back to me.

What kind of chance to people really think Brodie got last year? You think that was fair?????

Whatever

FARZIN should know by now that I will speak my mind, and I will not be pushed around by a know it all. That goes for Whitlock, Babb, and anyone ELSE that wants to challenge what I am trying to accomplish.

By the way, That's unity in CHIEFSNATION. Not Division. I am not selling certainty like he, and everyone else THINK they are.

I'm in the corner over here, with doubt. And Doubt says they ARE ALL WRONG this year, and even though they may have the odds, they better be hoping and PRAYING that I AM WRONG. Because If I'm right,.......Im just saying.

Toughness isn't his problem.

His body and frame will never withstand the pounding. Period. Hell, one could make the case that he's far tougher than the average player to even try to play realizing this. The kid isn't stupid.

Please don't mention his name again in the context of being a viable candidate to play QB in the NFL. I'm a more likely option.

I DID NOT mention his name. Farzin did. I defended myself. This Friday, when I speak with Mark McMillian ( who also is an ex player for Bama ) on his radio show, I'm sure he will bring Croyle up. Feel free to listen in. His show is in Phoenix, AZ.

His body frame has been the question. I have never denied that. This is why I am interested to see what kind of camp he puts together, Again, another case of someone NOT reading my posts.

How many consecutive games did Troy Aikman play in without getting hurt. I'll guarantee it was a hell of a lot more than the 6 Brodie has. Was Brodie's line awful in high school? He was injury prone then as well.

You really want to blame his line why he was hurt. You can't "toughen up" when you're a fragile player. It's not like he's sitting out with hangnails. He is tearing ligaments, straining his shoulder, etc...

Yeah, our coaching staff sucked, but he was given a fair shake. He was basically handed a starting job and couldn't make it out of the first half of the first game.

Croyle was able to get out of the last 3 preseasons. Playing in real games has been the problem. I fail to understand how camp is going to show you anything about Croyle's ability to take hits and get back up.

Croyle has no chance to be a contributer to this team. None. I'm sorry it's difficult for you to see.

What would be great is if we cut Croyle to add someone like Jerry Porter.

Sure-Oz 07-07-2009 11:46 PM
