She actually didnt know who he was when they met. They met at a golf course and she liked him, so she gave him her number.

I honestly don't know why anyone would want to give up a draft pick for him. He will probably be released anyway, and guys like him get released all the time. Why anyone would actually want to trade away a draft pick when we have the number 3 waiver priority doesn't make any sense to me.

I'm pretty sure she has money of her own.

To make sure that Detroit or St. Louis doesn't claim him.

I'm surprised that Philly would release him before Reggie Brown because I think that Baskett is going to be quite a player.

It's not unusual for a late round receiver to take time to bloom.

Anybody that's nailing Kendra is already quite the player. ;)

Seriously, though.

How good would our receiving corp be with Bowe, Wade, Baskett, Bradley and Lawrence?

I think it could be very good and the front office might not even have to spend a draft choice on the position next year.

Given the fact that he's using a door mat that countless others have already wiped their feet on ...

Well, in this scenario we would be spending a draft choice next year on him.

Just out of curiosity, what makes you think he is/can be a very good receiver? It's not as if Philly's receivers have been great in years past. That's why they spent first and second round picks on them in the last two drafts.

Jackson and Maclin are very different type players than Baskett. Baskett is a big dude and not a burner. What I found odd was that the Eagles took the other two in in back to back drafts. I assume they were working off the BPA theory.
