Of course not, foolio. I never said that. Just stop the revolving door for WR's. OK, Haleys great with wide out's......we get it already.

This is totally a signing that is purposely meant to fulfill a role.

They're going to give Bobby Wade every opportunity at returning kicks and punts and to play as a slot receiver. Like the signing. I think Wade can contribute, and imo represents an example of how the Chiefs are slowly shaping and rebuilding their roster.

You people are getting me excited, Dane, Parker and Hamas all like him, he must be the shit. :thumb: (didn't mean to leave anyone out, I got 56k memory)

Bob Gretz said he did, and the rest of the story here seems to indicate that he did.

I think someone scewed up.

That got me too, people are playing with words.

They should be signing O-lineman NOT WR's. For the love of god, that line absolutely sucks. Beyond funny anymore, and Cassel should be the first one offering dinner to em.

I have been thinking the same thing, but just maybe the staff feels like this unit can come together.

From what I understand, it usually takes a while for them to know what the guy next to him is doing.

Any ideas on who would be an improvement?

Has he yelled at him yet?
LMAO

kysirsoze 09-16-2009 06:54 PM

Well I can agree with Wade that it's impossible for us not to move forward. Where else can we go?

You know, I'm not sure about availability of O-lineman around the league. Someone mentioned Runyan, and thats fine with me. Just stop already with signing receivers.

wazu 09-16-2009 07:02 PM

Hard not to get excited about Bobby Wade. We are talking about BOBBY. EFFING. WADE. This is a guy that we know for a fact was on another team's opening day roster THIS YEAR.

I expect to receive an invoice for playoff tickets any day now.

what problem do you have with them signing WRs? are you terrance copper and scared?

Saleenman607 09-16-2009 07:06 PM

I'm (like most everyone here) elated that Hermie and the clowns are history, so that in & of itself is a step forward.
A poster (Milkman?) mentioned the outright stupidity of spending so much on Cassel and left the line alone. I don't know if they thought it was worth rehabbing or what, but again, IMHO, this line is devoid of talent.

i can agree here (well if your post was pointed at me) but the revovling door for WRs IMO has nothing to do with the activity, or lack of, at the OL position. just speaks to what is out there

RustShack 09-16-2009 07:08 PM

I can't believe people actually don't like upgrading the roster. Die in a fire **** face.
