I had to look that word up. I feel bad for you man.

A month long bad trip would be scary as hell.

Thanks for serving your country and i hope things get better.

You had to look it up, heh, I had to learn how to spell it. You're welcome for the service, it was a labor of love.

I find this topic extremely fascinating. With this subject there is no right or wrong answer. Personally I'm an agnostic. I don't know if there is a god or an after-life. Nobody does. I've seen absolutely zero evidence that there is anything that happens when you die other than you dying. Regardless of your thoughts on religion I think we can all agree that it's a man-made creation. Somebody at some point had an idea and it took fire. Sorry but that's not something I can wrap my mind around and follow. I mean someone could say God told them to worship a tree and you can bet your ass people will bow down to said tree. Hell look at all those muslims that travel to Mecca to walk around a black rock like a herd of cattle. It's f**king reeruned!! The people that really piss me off are the ones that say they are religious but live like a piece of shit and go to church to hedge their bet just in case there is a heaven or hell. Who knows what really happens (and NOBODY does), but I'm not going to follow a bunch of sheep that I believe worship a bunch of fantasy and non sense just in case the fairytales are true. I'll go to hell if they're tue, but at least I'll own my feelings and not be one of those disingenuous alcoholic, child molesting, lying, miserable human beings that does the shittiest things you can think of with no fear because they are forgiven and saved under some religous banner.

It's easy to say what you think you think about death, but none of us know until we're stairing it in the face.

I've got young kids. I'm not terrified of dying or anything, but I'm going to delay my first hand look as long as I can.

I've been close enough to smell the reaper's breath. I can't explain it, but there is a line that when you cross it, it changes things when you get to be here.

You'll know it when you see it if you haven't.

"Death? What you all know about death?"

Can you describe any effects on the 5 senses? I only ask because when everything's real quite I hear galloping horses. Just wondering if that's weird.

I'm really not scared to die. I just really don't think I want to be there when it happens.

I was reading another thread on this site, and I learned the answer from reading one of Mr. Fax's posts. Apparently Death is a situational pass rusher who plays for the Jets.
