DV did far worse to this franchise in the long run than what Herm did.

There were COUNTLESS number of misses on draft picks during that era. And lack of intellect in the front office to prepare for retirement of our aging probowl Oline like not addressing anyting via draft has led us to where our Oline is today to be honest.

You know, I thought of something after my initial response.

For all the bandying about Haley and Pioli and their "egos", does anybody remember some of the things said about Saunders during our post-Vermeil coaching search?

Apparently, the guy is a first class asshole behind closed doors and nobody really wants to work with him on a daily basis.
