You fuggers in Larryville do a damn fine job getting these deals swept in the rug. I tip my hat to ya.

Oh good, then it's already blown over. Excellent.

What a joke.

Seriously, this is going to turn out to be a non-issue.

Sounds bad, but it's nothing.

driving a borrowed 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe can in no way be condidered a "benefit".LMAO

Tactical Funky 10-07-2009 02:02 PM

Okay, so this was all much ado about nothing:

Marchiony was just on the line with KK and said that the car was actually sold to Tyshawn Taylor and the purchase was run through the compliance office. It's a non-issue.

Poor, poor Kevin Kietzman... LMAO

let's see if reerun can set a new record for most replies to a thread by a single person in under an hour.

so somehow we're to believe that Morris told the police that Pollard owned the vehicle and provided insurance in his name by mistake?

It's bizarre to say the least. The Insurance papers are what they go by - They were still in Pollard's name. Read the Police Report.

It could be a registration issue. With a proper bill of sale or title (signed over, of course), a vehicle is legally owned even without renewed registration in the new owner's name and a fine would be applied at the most.

I'm willing to believe Marchiony over KK any day, BTW. And that's not because I'm biased.

Exactly what I was thinking - sounds more like punishment for missing curfew. LMAO

it's not KK making this up, it's the official police report.

Nice that Marchioney conveniently had bad cell coverage and had to go when KK starting asking questions though.

And what about the 16yo female out at 1:17AM on a school night? And I'm guessing 1:17AM is a curfew violation for Morris?

Mr. Plow 10-07-2009 02:16 PM

Assuming that KU can prove the car was sold and not given and that he wasn't drinking - I call this a non issue.

PS....what's up with the 16 year old girl?

I hate KK and he has been a proven liar for years, but why would anyone with an IQ over 1 believe Marchiony? That dude is a corporate scumbag from the word go.
