Thanks. I loves me some Micheals and Gruden working side by side, even if it's just a fantasy.

I have a feeling its going to be a high scoring shootout. I just think Cassel has it going with Chambers, who has plenty of incentive to stick it to the Chargers. Charles brings something to the table. The D is turning a corner. I see a fun game.

As many swipes as Pioli took at the dartboard, it's good to see he finally got a bulls eye in Chambers.

Again, its similar to what the Patriots did before the 2001 season. They brought in a ton of cheaps FAs, including 5 or 6 at WR. David Patten stuck. Seems to have been what happened here. And getting rid of LJ and Tony G reminds me of what went down with Bledsoe and Terry Glenn. New culture. Get with the program. No stars. Sign on or get out. Give Pioli until the end of 2010. They'll be AT LEAST a .500 team by then and heading up. Who knows, the turnaround may have started before our very eyes already. We'll know more tomorrow.

I always believed that the "locker room cancer"-trip was a very overblown accusation regardless of WHO that player might be, but if Charles has another good game and we win tomorrow, there can be no doubt that LJ was affecting more than just the offense.
Sad really.
