Yes, Marshall has issues. From what I hear, this is one thing affecting Marshall in Denver that may not be an inssue in another city:

Marshall is uncomfortable in Denver. He, along with Darrent Williams, was the verbal confrontor of the gang members the night of the shooting murder of Williams. Since then the gang has murdered one witness. Marshall has been living uncomfortably in Denver ever since.
