Well, according to Mort, the Eagles coveted this guy and were very disappointed the Chiefs took him 'cause the Eagles were planning on taking him with the next pick.

Well, linebacker was the one defensive position that was not deep this year. That was the one argument for taking McClain ahead of Berry.

I am dissapointed to say the least, but maybe Pioli has a trade up his sleeve.... (okay, wishful, very wishful, thinking)
