This would be a horrible waste of a pick.

Hopefully we don't put in more than a 5th-6th round pick for him.

And if there is no one available hold onto the pick for next year.

From what I'm hearing, next year's draft is probably going to be very shallow, so there's no real need to hold on to lower round picks if you think this guy has a shot to make the team.

Why another RB?

and thats the best one I could find.

I see a guy that holds the ball in a place that NFL defenders dream about, doesnt have the power you expect from a player of his size, seems like a good receiving option and seems to have good elusiveness for a man his size.

absolutely. Next years draft will be top heavy and shallow because of so much talent declaring for the 2010 draft and players waiting for the following draft because of the probable lockout.

My only issue with that statement is that he didn't have a single fumble in his college career.

watch the video, he holds the ball away from his body and low. He may not have fumbled in college, but he will need to be coached to hold the ball differently in the NFL or he will have fumbling problems. If we are awarded him, I dont see that being a problem because Maurice Carthon is one of the best and will coach that out of him.

I don't think he will have any role on any team that gets him other than the role of "Mike Alstott Lite"
He profiles like a receiving fullback/short yardage back

But hey, I thought the same thing about Brian Leonard too and where the **** is that guy lol
