They're using him for his leadership ability.

Coors Field Hitters park... His away numbers are terrible away avg .202 [obp .296] his numbers since after allstar are bad

Not that much of a difference IMO.

And Kendall has thrown at least 327 balls into center field on stolen bases. I haven't checked Olivo's stats on that, but I'm sure he's faring better.

Coors isn't a hitters ball park anymore. Not since they keep balls in a humidor for 30 days before their used in games. Whatever Olivo's poor hitting on the road is it's probably mental.
I'd still have kept him over bringing in Kendall.

He's throwing out better than 50% of base stealers.

Oh, Olivo you mean? Haha, I thought you meant Kendall for a minute and I was about to freak out.

I get to watch the Rockies every night since the Royals are blacked out where I live in every way possible.:cuss: Olivo looks like a totally different player than when he was with the Royals. He should of made the All Star team.
Can you imagine how Moore would of felt then? Olivo and Buck being All Stars?

How bout those t-bones?

I like Kendall. Kind a of a blast from the past with his old-timey batting stance and no batting gloves. It was kind of embarrassing though when I went to Arlington, TX and the Rangers were running on him like he was a member of the Chiefs secondary.

Bullshit!

According to ESPN's park factors, Coors Field is the most offensive friendly ballpark in baseball this year.

Agreed. Kind of like he's still playing in the dead-ball era.

I was watching MLB Network one night and Eric Byrnes said something along the lines of Kendall being the most feared hitter in the league with a man on 3rd and less than 2 outs ROFL
