Different version of wing dip (with pieces of real shredded chicken)
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast 2 packs cream cheese, softened Bottle wing sauce (i use cookies) Bottle chunky blue cheese dressing 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Boil chicken, then shred, put in saucepan and heat with wing sauce Spread cream cheese in a glass baking dish, pour chicken/sauce mixture over it Pour dressing on top, then sprinkle the shredded cheese over that. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy! |

3/4 c. sour cream 1 t. turmeric 1 t. paprika 1 t. onion powder or 1 t. dried chives 1 t. garlic powder or minced garlic, unstrained 1 t. soy sauce 1 t. worcestershire Good as a Ruffles dip, or: Spread on triscuits or quartered thin slices italian bread. Cover w/ shredded swiss or small slices provolone. Broil/nuke until cheese melts. Opt: Strain kipper snacks or tuna, knead with fork, and put on before the cheese |
