No, the problem is that you don't have a clue what you're talking about.

He is an offensive coach, and as such, obviously has more input into that side of the ball.

But the fact is, he's trying to find the right guys that can, and will, work with his overall plan.

hiring the best OC doesn't always mean that is the best man for the job, at least not in the NFL.

no, wrong on all parts milkman. He is an egomaniacal golfer. The reason our offense improved last year is now in florida. Haley will try to be the OC again, and will fail.

if we can draft and sign just a few players who can make a difference right away, we're going to be in good shape next season with the tougher schedule.
