The guy in the video said "Aliens!!". I didn't see any giant rolls of mildewed carpet or half-rotted palettes stacked up on the back of those saucers...

I actually did see this. It happened the friday night of the ethnic enrichment festival. It was quite a bit north of swope park. I had just written it off as a giant meteorite breaking up in the atmosphere, but i guess it was a bit low for that.

My Grandmother who's since passed. Swore she saw a rectangular glowing white object float over Carthage in 1987 - the next morning - it was literally in the paper, let me check google for the article. I'm not joking at all, nor was she, apparently.
