Yeah, there's nothing wrong with a 2 deep zone, a cover 1, or any other zone, or combination of man and zone.

But you simply can not give the QB all day in the pocket in today's NFL.

LeBeau runs a lot of zone as you point out, but he attacks the QB.

Pittsburgh runs a blitzing D whose coverage in the back end is predominantly Cover 3.

You can run a blitzing D and still play zone, they aren't mutually exclusive.

We def. need to blitz the passer, with more than just Tamba. He needs to unleash Houston a little bit and see what we have there.

We have good corners too. While they have been burnt a couple times, even Revis couldn't cover a wr for 5 seconds or more
