I get the sense Haley hates Cassel, so any conspiracy to make Palko look worse would come from the top.

As bad as Cassel is, I don't think it would take much of an effort to make sure Palko doesn't look too good.

Pretty bad luck Moeaki, Berry, Charles and Cassel out.
After that injury we are going to see Cassel again next season.
