You're kidding right? Excuse me if there's sarcasm noted and I missed it.

We got Stanzi here who nobody knows if he can get it done because the staff won't give him a chance. And you wanna bring Croyle back? Lol

Brodie had his chance

You also have to figure in they were running over lineman weighing 250lbs at most. I doubt they would look so "powerful" in todays NFL or college game. They were just ahead of their time.

I am aware of the different eras.

I am saying that TR compares favorably today to Campbell in his day.

I think Richardson is going to better than Peterson.

Seriously? Darn near every time Brodie took the field it ended with an injury. That's not something you can have at QB. There is a reason Croyle is getting cut from other teams.

He's not the sharpest tool in the shed. And that's being nice.

However, should I be wrong about that, I'd be willing to see if Foles or Tannehill (who I haven't seen, so I'm basing this on what I'm reading) are there in the second round.

I also like Ryan Lindley, and would take a flyer on him.

I like Matt Flynn, but really, what have actually seen?

Flynn is the only backup from another team I'd be OK with - and only if we found a way to give Tom Clements the OC and QB coach position.

I have my reasons. They're not exactly on-field football reasons, though.

yeah, why would we trade up for a franchise QB when staying put has served us so well for 30 years...

omg it is risky!!!

we need that 2nd round pick to draft McCluster...

I agree with the contents of this post with one qualification:

This year's draft seems very deep compared to previous drafts, so perhaps trading next year's picks or possibly even players could net us higher value. But facts are facts, you pay what you have to in order to acquire your franchise QB.

 This.

And that pretty much sums up our backup plan if the QBOTF isn't going to be there.

I like Flynn, what little we've seen, and if you gave me a choice between him, Cassel and Orton, I'd take Flynn, no questions asked, even without Clements.

But if you tell me I have a choice between Flynn and a first round QB, well that isn't even a close choice.

Flynn was a 7th round pick, wasn't he?

There's a reason for that.

the thought of RG3 lining up with Charles, Bowe, Breaston, Baldwin, and Moeaki should give anyone a giant football boner....

the fanbase would go crazy for a young QB

i'll never understand why this franchise can't see it...

Plus it would really help get the team national attention, Jersey sales, and maybe even an NFL 360 commercial. Get on the Bus!

Basically, more $$$ for Clark. Why cant he see this?

The correct wording is, "Fool me once, shame on,...shame on you. If fooled you can't get fooled again."

BTW, 4 QBs in the first 4 picks is so historically strange that is hard to believe it will actually happen.
