He fired Haley because he hated him.

He brought Orton in because at the time, the other options were Palko & Stanzi.

Now Orton will be let go, and the job is once again Cassels. I could be wrong but I think it's pretty clear to see it going that way. Sticking with Cassel to me is not being willing to admit he made a mistake. Either that or he really thinks Cassel is a talent which is even scarier.

I think Houston is one of the keepers-I'm still torn on Gillberry. I think Bailey is looking pretty good and trending up IMHO
