Yeah, read this the other night, glad i did, i really do think theres something to stories like this, where a guy had to very consciously avoid all kinds of bad temptations to stay focused on something worthwhile, its very similar to Bowes story... that kind of stuff says a lot to me about a guys character.

On a player note, does anyone think that maybe he'll wind up at end instead of nose? Someone was, rightly, saying the other day that Ngata plays end & Poe's projected skills seem very similar to his.

Might we see Powe on the nose with Poe at end? i'm thinking i could REALLY dig that... Jackson, Powe, Poe... thats a MASSIVE, run crushing three front.

Yeah, that IS the cold bottom line... but i REALLY do like it when i can like a player as a person.

I think with this guy the coaches will have to keep him on his toes and play tough every down. I think he needs to develop a mean streak and keep focused.
