I go there every few months or so. Love the seafood combo platter or whatever they call it.

To paraphrase the song: If eating there is wrong, then I don't want to be right.

Or rotten creamed corn.

As a kid, going to LJS was for special occasions. Of course we had to drive 60 miles to get to the nearest one. Now, I won't drive across town to eat at one.

If lobster bisque looks like that, I don't think "nice" would be an appropriate descriptive adjective. :spock:

Bisque varies greatly depending on where you get it. I actually used finely diced carrot in mine, but it isn't white like that thing.

Do they have lobster bisque (or crab) at KFC, SR?

Saulbadguy 05-02-2012 06:14 PM

I like to ring the bell.

My favorite soup. But you need to go to a really good seafood place or steakhouse to get the good stuff.

No, I think they may have Chowder at LJS, Donger.

Don't laugh, but believe it or not, Red Lobster has an acceptable lobster bisque. It's not spectacular, but it's surprisingly good. Although one must forget the fact that it's probably been on heat for a good few days.

Heh. I guess I don't make much distinction between Red Lobster and LJS, and probably should.
