During the old high school glory days I seem to remember getting into "football shape" by playing football. Doesn't matter how good of condition you are in there really isn't a way to ease into getting your ass knocked around.

Part of me sitting in the ac office right now would love to strap it up and do the Oklahoma drills again, the part of me that walks outside in the 105 heat says **** that. :)
