Must have thought it wouldn’t be a good idea to have a bunch of 18 yr olds running around drunk in those countries lol

Well, quick google search answered that.

I was at Ft. Bliss (in El Paso) on the Mexico Border. So there is a special rule in there for that.

They've actually come off that version of the story. Apparently there was a third party involved, no relation and he was the trigger-man. The 14 year old left the company of his 19 year old brother on Sunday and was seen with the other man.
