I would've rather drafted Dion Jordan if QB was just not an option, but an ass kicking top rated line in the league isn't a bad thing. Jamaal Charles has more talent than Priest Holmes, and look at what Priest did. That will help Alex do what he does best, manage the game. LOL

what ya do is keep Albert at LT for a few years, then let Fisher take over. I dont like him at 1.1, but it is what it is, and why not keep it like that.

Guys relax Albert plays LT and Fisher plays RT. You get bookend tackles for 5+ years.

Plus Albert has proven he can play LT.

Why try to unload him then? Just doesn't make much sense to tell the NFL you don't want him, then draft a really good LT prospect, then put him at LT.

I think Fisher will be the long term LT. Might start off at RT though. Will be fun to watch.

Fisher is the better run blocker...and nasty as ****....he is a RT.

They also mentioned that The Dolphins in trying to trade for Albert would only offer a 3rd rd pick. That was the dilema in the offer.

He'll be LT eventually, but not out of the gate. Having a guy like Jamaal is a good reason to have a great line. Jamaal may go for 2000 in the next couple of years.
