Are they allowed to make up games on the Thursday following the All-Star Game? Either that or somewhere before or after a home stand would make sense, as long as the team plane is working again....

Monday, June 24th maybe?

The only way they would cancel a game is if the team isn't a contender and the postponement happens too late in the season. I've seen it done before.
