Actually, I think theres a great way to hide them. Knock the QB on his ass before he has a chance to find said 2 down LB in coverage.

There actually are quite a few 2 down LB's playing on good teams that can't cover that well, but they are/can be hidden if you get pressure.


I don't think you have to be a great top of the line athlete to cover if you're a 2 down Lb'er, just have to be smart. Look at some of the old Steeler ILB's. They can cover because their intelligent.

After watching Crennel's defense the past few years, I'd rather get beat being aggressive than sit and watch long drawn out drives while being passive.

I don't think we've ever added a former donk player that was worth a damn. Can you guys think of any?

Mays is a classic 3-4 thumper. His release will help us get Decker, Beadles and Woodyard signed. Chris Kuper could be next because in 2015 we have to get DT, Von and Chris Harris signed.

Wouldn't mind adding him for competition. Still loved his hit on Schaub

I don't know exactly but they saved 3.5 mil by cutting him.

And that hit on Tony Moeaki was meh. Tony's injury prone so it's not hard to hurt him :)
