I did that after the 2010 season. Things were looking up. 10-6. Playoff loss, but it was gonna get better.

Two atrocious seasons later and thousands upon thousands of dollars flushed down the shitter and I immediately said **** it upon the trade for Alex Smith.

My tale isn't even that sad. Some guys have probably had season tickets for decades and they've been bilked out of tens upon tens of thousands of dollars.

20+ years after winning only 2 playoff games the fans are still loyal to the point they'll show up to games to wear black and fly banners BECAUSE they still care...

I didn't last two games into 2011, much less 2 seasons... hadn't ever left Arrowhead more pissed off than after the Bills game and had all of my other tickets on stubhub by the 3rd quarter of the Lions game.

Yeah, not doing that again until after they prove they're a legit contender... besides, when you go 2-14 with banners flying over the stadium and fans participating in blackouts, and all of those losses are considered good days because no one committed murder and then put a bullet in their ear in front of the coach and GM, flushing that turd isn't a commitment to winning, it's protecting the bottom line as much anything else.
