Romo returned and played the entire second half. He did not need a shot to get him through the game but he did concede the ribs were sore.

Romo has played with a protective vest since fracturing his ribs and puncturing his lung against San Francisco two years ago.

“Obviously it’s something that doesn’t feel great some times,” Romo said afterwards. “You’ve just got to suck it up and go.

“It’s part of playing football.”

Bruised ribs? Yeah, well lets see if that is the case after next Sunday....

Hali is going to struggle against Tyron Smith. He looked outstanding against the Giants.

Fortunately, our defense no longer has to rely on Hali to get to the passer, thank god.

Houston, Poe, DJ, and Berry should figure out how to get to him.
