We had a Tornado Warning in Central Cali i think it was last year. It was pretty crazy, every ****ing tv channel had huge scrolling texts saying to get ready causeif it hits land it can get crazy. lol I dont even know what the **** to do if a tornado hit.lol

You go in your basement.

We get tornadoes every once in a while in Maryland or northern Virginia. Usually all we get is a crawl at the bottom of the screen.

I'm an OG Valley girl. :P Like, totally. And I never even SAW a basement until I moved to the midwest. They used to tell us to stand in our bathtubs for earthquakes. Try that. :D

Bathtubs in a central room are actually pretty decent tornado shelters. It's the same concept - protect yourself from falling house. It's pretty rare for someone to actually be killed by being sucked up into a tornado like in the movies.

That's actually comforting to know because my basement is freaking scary. Swear to God I would stand up to 99% of men before I would 99% of spiders.

I had the misfortune of being in SoCal all week. Flights into SAN were delayed up to three hours.... because of rain. When I finally did get back to Denver, the pilot came over the PA to apologize for almost overrunning the runway because it was 10F and just a little icy.

Spiders don't really bother me much, but that gif does.
