Nobody cares except the people who roll into those guy's living rooms and see those stupid trophies sitting on the mantle. I want the pinnacle and I want it soon. With regard to this team, I don't care about coaches, players, or front office people. I've been wrapped up in all that crap in the past. I want to win. I want to win now. I want to win it all. Anything less is not okay with me. Sorry about the extra expectations. Competitors should play to win.

I agree, and I feel the same way. But also, with the pain and suffering of no playoff victory since 1993, and getting beat in 95, 97, etc, etc, it really takes a toll on a fan, that they even wonder if the Chiefs will ever win a playoff game again. It's like a battered fan syndrome, that once the Chiefs make it into the playoffs, you know how the ending result will be. One and Done. We're seeing a lot of people saying (and truthfully, I am one of them as well, I will admit) the phrase "I'd love to see a playoff win."
Truth to be told, I do want them to win the Hunt and Lombardi trophy, make no mistake, but first thing first, they absolutely GOT to get that one and done monkey (or gorilla in this case) off their backs before they can proceed to the next step.
