I'm actually really excited for this Super Bowl matchup, more so that any other Super Bowl for well over a decade. It really is a great matchup and having so much hate for the Donkeys, I'm excited to root for the Hawks.

For some reason I thought of "Lockout".

It's a cheap Sci-Fi movie with Guy Pierce. If you can get past the first 5 minutes it's a decent movie with some very nice one-liners.

The Crusher and I are in the process of shopping for a new puppy. We want a German Shepherd, one that will grow up with our 6 and 3 year olds.

IMO, a good dog is worth it's weight in gold.

Someone I had class with actually met up with me and a friend at a bar last night. Didn't expect that to happen.

Watching Goodfellas, winding my night down. Drinking Sam Adams cold snap. How's everyone else doing?

We have a hookah bar in Springfield. Haven't been though. I don't even know how to hookah.

I've stepped into the place and I'm the oldest one there by about 10 years. So we'd have to hookah at somebody's place. Your place, of course.

If you like Mel Kiper during draft season, it's worth it.

If you can't stand him and don't even want to read what he has to say just to take pity on his miserable existence, it's not worth it.

Sadly, there's just not a lot of really good resources for draftniks.

Like it or not, Mel Kiper drives the national wave of draft talk. What he brings up gets debated and discussed. It's just the way it is.

I enjoyed my insider membership when I had it. But I found myself just not using it enough, so I got rid of it.
