I'm waiting on a mock that starts with Hageman.
Until then, get bent |

The logic behind all this is that the Chiefs have such severe holes at TE, WR, front seven depth and S, with so little cap room, that the Chiefs are simply going to have to resign themselves to entering the season with holes on the roster. There's just no way to plug them all with the limited cap room we have, 'less we get lucky and score a starter with a 7th rounder or something. I figured a hole at ILB would be more forgivable than a hole at any of the current holes we actually have. It was a thought. |

But, while he wasn't pulling all the triggers there, Green Bay has always been pretty good at finding DBS. Plus, while we did have holes, it's tough to account for who what might improve with another year in the system. |
I'm also not extremely worried about he salary cap at this point, as for 1 I don't know much about moving money around, and 2 teams always seem to be able to do what they need too

Maybe comings and kelce are huge hits. Maybe catapano and Bailey take a big step.
Maybe Jenkins turns it on. Who knows |
Verrett is a beast in coverage. As a TCU alum and fan, I wouldn't mind seeing him play for the Chiefs but I worry about his size at the next level. He may be projected as a 1st rounder but I would hesitate to draft him before the 2nd round.

Wait, is Shane skov in the draft? If so, there's your third rounder.
|
Skov is in the draft, yup.
|
I'd kill to come out of this sucker with Hageman and Skov in round 1&3.
Add Clemons and Maclin in free agency, and I'm ready to roll |
Although, of we had the money, Donald Butler would be a target of mine in free agency
