Honestly, ChiefsPlanet is predictably flooding itself with grown men with computers acting like pouting teenagers.

Because with $9m in cap space and 5 key free agents departing, we were supposed to close the gap on a team with Peyton Manning and more than twice our cap space.

What will be funny to me is when we win around 6 to 7 games next season and miss the playoffs. And then the offseason comes around and Dorsey starts cutting fan favorites like Brandon Flowers and Tamba Hali. Guarantee you that the people that are screaming "calm down" right now will be the ones flipping out and screaming that Dorsey has no clue what the **** he's doing.

Dump Alex Smith cap$ in future years with a lot of expected breathing room, maybe you could sway revis off his 'no restructure to make trade happen' if you sweeten him with guaranteed $ in the 1st couple years.
