Anybody who has paid attention...knew that this was coming sometime after June 1st. If it didn't happen now....it was going to happen next offseason. His contract is the reason that he got cut.

I'm not too surprised by this, and I've kept my mouth mostly shut this off-season. I'm going on record now though. 5 wins tops. This team is regressing and in further rebuild mode. We'll be contenders in 2017. We may win a playoff game before I die. Maybe.

#Chiefs save $7.5 million in cap space in both 2014 and 2015 which is much needed as they are very tight on cap room

I like youth when it comes in the form of an accomplished player with a proven skillset.
