In the first preseason game. Four months after two offseason surgeries. One involving his shoulder. It's easy to analyze the few plays in which he was outmatched against Dunlap, but more difficult to break down the majority of plays in which he was solid.

Dee milliner may be good, but the rest of those picks outside of warmack, are bleh, at best.

That's exactly my point on why bitching about how Fisher is underwhelming seems unfair. Even Warmack sucked it up last year. I won't deny that it was a terrible year to lose 14 games, being that there were obviously no 1st round QB's. With that said, if Fisher ends up becoming a Joe Staley like player for the next decade, it will be a fantastic consolation prize. Is that a big if? For most on here yes, but I think it's reachable. A franchise left tackle isn't Andrew Luck, but it's nice.
