Just go see a doctor, OP. I used to always try online diagnosis myself. Didn't end well, made me depressed and put my anxiety through the roof.

I'm not a doctor, but I did stay at a Holliday Inn express last night. Hookers and blow will clear that shit right up. Trust me

Every time I have symptoms like those listed above I guzzle a 12 pack and a half pint of Jim Beam and by golly the symptoms disappear.

Doctors are dumb. Don't waste your time with them.
