Caldwell flat out sucks donkey balls.
Reid is a good head coach that needs to head coach, not be both coach and offensive coordinator.
If Dorsey can convince him to hand over play calling duties to a strong OC, a la Mike McCarthy in Green Bay, I think Reid would still be a very good head coach.
What really needs to happen is that John Dorsey needs to do his job - fire Sutton, get Reid to face reality about the futility of his dual roles and hand over OC duties and work tirelessly to get the best QB possible in this next draft (2016). In fact, he needs to draft two in this next draft for depth beyond the singular trifecta of Smith/Daniel/Murray.
Daniel is a FA after the 2015 season, so he's probably gone at what they are paying him unless they bench Smith and he ****ing goes ****ing nuts and lights it up. Murray should be given the field if they lose the two of the next four games no matter who is QB'ing between Smith and Daniel.
But Dorsey needs to put all of his efforts into making sure that they fine tooth comb this draft class for the best possible QB for this team as well as finding a very strong OC and DC.
