That wasn't a 'California.' At least at my TB, there was sausage, bacon, california and steak. Only S&B were free. California gets gaucamole and pic de gallo added from the look of it.

Both come from piggies, but are VERY different. Sometimes I'm in the mood for good sausage, most of the time I'm REALLY not. The spices and grease are not a good breakfast mix unless you're ready to head out and work it off.
Bacon OTOH, is as sinless as our Lord and Savior. Ain't no time that ain't the PERFECT time.
