Never know if you will be looked at as HC potential in the future. Have to take the opportunity that is there. He will get paid a lot more, and if it doesn't work out he could always go back to a coordinator position.

It's kind of a compliment to have our coaches even be mentioned for other jobs. Something we haven't had very often in the past decade.

The team is neither dysfunctional nor untalented. It was poorly managed and coached. They're not going to have trouble finding candidates. Hell, andy reid came here of all places and it was a pile of smoking rubble.
