He's still faster than most but he's not the burner he used to be. If he gets that corner today, I suspect that's about a 45-50 yard gain before the pursuit angle gets him knocked out of bounds. |

The good news is that his 4th gear is probably still faster than 90% of the leagues backs, and that vision and balance was on display yet again last week... paired with Ware, thats still a vicious thunder and lightning combo Between those two, West and our wunderkind practice squad'r Reaves... we have an embarrassment of riches at RB |
Brees put up 52 in my money league last week.
Ill settle for 28 and a KC win. Honestly, it makes me a little scared that they have such a great passing attack, and we are weak at everything other than CB1. |
Different team away from the dome

Mark my words:
Chris Jones is going to make his presence known against Brees. I'm not going to be surprised when he gets 2 sacks, bats 2-3 passes and makes a couple stops behind the line in the run game. First start. In front of the home crowd. Lots of opportunities to get to Brees. |

If you're needing a reminder just go back and watch highlights vids of his from 2009 and 2010. He made lightning look slow back then. |

I mean, we'll give up a ton of yards because Sutton won't want to get beat deep, but that disparity in road/home performance is astoundingly horrid. 20 carries for Ware, 15 for Charles and a couple read-options for Smith. Not even bullshitting. Their defense is like tissue. |
