Pro Bowl selections have been a joke for years. There's such a thing as playing at a pro bowl level, but it doesn't correlate with making the Pro Bowl.

I know the organization said they were going to evaluate everyone but they just signed him to an extension and I don't know of any QBs on the roster to replace him.

It's a popularity contest, and generally always has been. There were a couple of years Derrick Thomas had no business making it over there, but he was always a shoe in.

Stopped gaf about the Pro bowl long ago. It used to be an awesomely fun game.. now, meh.

Weird that Alex was on the list. While I don't think he's near the awful many here do, he sure is having a forgettable season.. other than the team-collective wins. :shrug:

I'm not sure, but I don't think the fans have anything to do with who is named an alternate.
