it might not be smart, but wouldn't it be cheaper to just let some no name minor league pitcher be a starter vs. Kennedy?

Yeah I was looking it up, it felt like we haven't had a perfect game in a long time. 2012, Felix Hernandez. I forgot Philip Humber had one that year too. I remember when everyone was upset because Dayton had let him go.
