The best thing to do would be to teach the kids to respect the roads and stay away from the dangerous areas. |

you seem like a real douch bag, no offense

i'd knowingly drive well past teh posted speed. stop and ask how fast was that? sure i could go faster next time.....
just playin'. you're a good soul!! (get off my lawn) |
I'd take a fat nasty in your lawn after dark. I'd also wear a ski mask because you're obviously the kind of dude with laser-motion-activated cameras on your premises.

Forgot to ask what your end goal is. What do you think the city will/can do when you contact them about further options?

That certainly doesn't sound like something a dipshit would do at all.
|
I would ask when your radar was last calibrated, and if you are a certified radar operator in the state of Missouri.
|
Nothing illegal about you radar "gunning" them. Also nothing illegal with them taking the curve at 30.
I'm more worried that many in this thread say you're the ass for operating a radar gun and not the guy who stopped and asked you not to use the radar gun. Who cares either way? Gather some data, share it on social media or with the city; if it makes you feel like you're doing good. If you see a neighbor using a radar gun, slow down or speed up; but don't stop and confront a guy doing nothing wrong. Also, if you're using a radar gun, don't try to stop drivers on your own either! |
This seems like an incredible waste of time. What are you trying to accomplish? Petition the city to have the speed limit changed and then shut the **** up about it and stop acting like you need to police your neighbors.
I have a douchebag neighbor like this. I had a week long business trip last summer in Washington DC. I decided to fly my wife out to meet me after and we spent another 4 days seeing the sights. When I got home one of my neighbors had taped a note to my front door letting me know that my grass was over the height limit. I flagged this douchebag down the next time I saw him driving by our house and told him that I had been out of town and that I would appreciate it if he would mind his own ****ing business. |
