Some of Andy's playcalls are God awful, make no mistake, but it's not like he's screaming into Alex's ear 'CHECK IT DOWN!' every other play. That's just Alex deferring any risk and taking the safe route.

Not to mention, there is no better slew of opponents to throw Mahomes at really. We don't play a really good defense for the rest of the year.
