Any and all of those teams would be absolutely foolish to pass on a 2 time Super Bowl winner in favor of Josh ****ing McDaniels.

Idk Dane. McDaniels has been said to really understand the X’s and O’s instead of just being a motivator like Tomlin. Tomlin inhereited a HOF QB, a very good scouting team giving him great talents and a culture of defense.

I feel like Andy has taught me that I would take the X’s and O’s coach compared to a motivator like Haley who gets outcoached.

Tomlin is awful.

Would you be open to Tomlin as our DC if that happens?

**** no, scum bag

I get that but from an ownership perspective, who's resume is more impressive? If you were a Titans or Colts fan, would you be amped up if they hired Josh McDaniels, a failed head coach or a 2 time Super Bowl winning coach?

Mariotta needs to be coached up but the talent is definitely there.

Any head coaching candidate should be weary of taking the Colts job. The owner is a mess, the roster is a mess, the QB may or may not be healthy, etc. The owner also consistently got in the middle of Pagano and Ryan Grigson (who was a terrible hire from the onset) but I'd be concerned that history would repeat itself.

He should be fired if what Big Ben said today is true that he is not allowed to call his own plays or audible. I mean wtf..

If I calculated correctly, Tomlin is 8-7 when Ben isn’t starting. That’s with starting QBs Charlie Batch, Michael Vick, Dennis Dixon, and Landry Jones

This is why the Steelers win championships, they don't settle. They have expectations and good just isn't good enough. Wish we had that in KC

So in 8 seasons, Reid has only coached 11 more games?
