I find it highly suspect that FMB would lower himself to such a lowly culinary concotion as casserole. What's the catch?

Well FMB, this will certainly kill this thread because it is so freakin awesome.
Cheeseburger Casserole
Bowtie pasta, ground beef, cheddar cheese, dill pickles, onions, and mustard

Brown the meat and cook the pasta al dente. Mix meat, pasta, diced onions, and cheese and put in a casserole dish. Bake until cheese is melted and onions are done, about 30 minutes. Remove, add diced dill pickles to the top, and a bit more cheese. Bake again until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Drizzle over some plain old yellow mustard and serve.

Please don't confuse Casserole with Cassellroll.

Oh, and I forgot, you can add bacon on top and it's a bacon cheeseburger casserole

Gastroparesis. Trying to figure out a diet that works since the meds aren’t.

How's a casselroll going to help? It's still "solid" food so it'll still sit in your stomach for a while won't it? I know that's what they recommended, but it's still mostly chunky food that's just baked all together. Maybe try a soup and protein shake diet?

Softer foods digest easier.

Hey, if you can get away with something that solid, then awesome! I'd still think that's too "chunky".

On occasion I like to get my Midwest on with a tater tot or tuna noodle casserole.

Seasoned browned taco meat, refried beans, an appropriate shredded cheese, burrito tortillas, a thin tomato sauce that you favor. Cut the tortillas into strips about one inch in width. Make a 'lasagna' with the ingredients. The first layer will be tortilla strips and sauce followed by beans and meat with cheese on top. Continue building each layer like that until you reach the top of the casserole dish. The top layer should be tortilla strips, sauce, and cheese. Put in an oven at around 375 degrees until the top layer is somewhat dry and the cheese is bubbling. Take it out and allow it to cool. Top it with dollops of sour cream, sliced black olives, chunks of fresh tomato, and finely chopped green onions.

How many hot dog casseroles do you think you could eat in 10 minutes?

Hi FMB! I realize it's clearly not a casserole - but what about Minestrone for your dietary requirements? That's a nice one to keep around.
