Yep. I think of him as helping our run defense more than anything. On obvious passing plays, I'd still hope Lucas gets some time back there. Sorensen's not great if you put him back deep.

I think it's fairly self-evident that the Chiefs thought he would play long before now but have left it up to him. I think there's a decent chance he doesn't play a down. If they Chiefs had known up front he wouldn't play until after the bye, don't you think they would have put him on IR?
